(510) 464-6095- Immediately fire the corrupt general manager, Dorothy Dugger, for lying to the public and covering up the truth about Oscar Grant’s murder.
- Immediately fire the incompetent and corrupt Chief Gary Gee, for failing to protect BART riders and for lying to the public and participating in the cover-up.
- Immediately fire Officer Tony Pirone for illegally detaining and brutalizing Oscar Grant on the platform.
- Investigate all officers present on the platform, recommend charges to DA in all instances where they broke the law (e.g. purjury in police reports, illegal confiscation of cell phones, illegal detention of passengers, etc.). Fire any officer found to have violated police procedures or the law.
